We ship worldwide, including North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and more. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

🚚 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • In-stock items typically ship within 2–4 business days.
  • Made-to-order or out-of-stock items may require additional lead time, shown on individual product pages.

📦 Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options tailored to your location and the size of your order:

  • Small accessories are shipped via trusted global couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Larger items, such as solar panels and mounting kits, are shipped via freight carriers with curbside delivery or scheduled drop-off.

Important: For freight deliveries, someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

💰 Shipping Rates & Duties

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
  • International customers: You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees as required by your country’s regulations. These are not included in the shipping fee.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment’s journey in real-time.

🔍 Damaged or Missing Items

We carefully pack every item to ensure safe delivery—but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help:

  • Inspect your delivery upon arrival.
  • If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery slip and contact us within 48 hours at delzerinehartley@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  • For lost or significantly delayed shipments, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • USA & Canada: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Asia, Australia, Middle East, Africa: 7–15 business days
